Pros: Udlejer er en rigtig rar mand, har man spørgsmål er han klar til at svare. Har man brug for noget ekstra så gør han hvad han kan for at skaffe det hvis det er muligt 😉

Wenn NY Besuch, dann lieber in New Jersey wohnen. In NY stimmt der Preis einfach nicht mehr

Pros: Gute Lage, ruhige Nachbarschaft. Sehr gute Bus Anbindung. Am besten am Automaten eine 10er Karte kaufen. Und vor 9 Uhr nach NY rein, da es sonnst sehr voll im Tunnel ist.

Cons: Feucht… und Motten. Sehr schlecht zu lüften.
