Perfect spot if visiting New York

Pros: Helpful owner, clean place, lovely location and neighbourhood. At night time awesome view to the city if you go to the end of the street

A comfortable and convenient stay with helpful staff, though the lack of AC might be a consideration

Pros: This property was in a great location with convenient access to Manhattan and public transportation. The staff was excellent and went above and beyond to help me when I encountered an issue-specifically when the door code text was accidentally deleted. I highly recommend staying here for anyone looking for a convenient spot near Manhattan.

Cons: The only downside was the lack of air conditioning in the room. There was a fan, and we were able to open the window, which helped since the nights were cool. It may not bother others, but being from Florida, I find it hard to sleep without AC when it's warm.
