Pros: Confrontable and quaint apartment for a couple nights stay. The location is excellent near all the attractions. Broad Street, Passyyunk, South st. Ecr. Jeff is a nice guy to talk too and helpful for all your needs around Philly.Thank you, Jeff, for your hospitality

Pros: Jeff is a wonderful host and south Philly has so much vibe! This is a room at the inhabitant's home in the real meaning: not an apartment administered by a company that you book through an app and access without never meeting the owner, but a room at someone's place, sharing the house with him and getting all the tips on the city. We love it! The best place to discover the inhabitants' city and not the tourists' one.

Cons: The room is slightly small. Not a problem if you are planning to stay out all day as we did, but good to know.

A really enjoyable stay in a cool Philadelphia neighbourhood

Pros: A large comfortable bed and use of other areas in a uniquely decorated property. Much more pleasant than staying in a generic hotel room. The property is located in a really cool & friendly neighbourhood within walking distance of all the sights.

If you are the international man of mystery come to see Philly Jeff in the south

Pros: Great host, very close to shops and the host treated me well and showed me some great shops to go around and the whole neighbourhood is great and had a noice Philly cheese steak
