Not bad

Pros: The lobby was nice and the rooms were spacious. Love that they allow pets.

Cons: Upon entering the room it had a musty smell when you walk in.

A good stop over

Pros: Staff were friendly and professional. Facilities were as described and the environment was pleasant.

Cons: The indoor pool was a great facility which we enjoyed after a day travelling, but it was rather cold. (It was October)

Pros: The Hotel was very clean. Staff was very courteous and accommodating. Room was a nice size. The bed was very comfy. The pool was accessible. I like that fact that it was close to everything.

Cons: I can't complain about anything! Staff was A1 !

Pros: Suite was very nice. Location close to Wind Creek where we were attending a show.

Cons: There was no breakfast included for that high nightly rate. To not even have coffee for your guests was ridiculous. We won't go to any Sonesta Hotels again because of this. We have never stayed in a hotel that doesn't at least have coffee, and mostly always get breakfast. My husband went to Dunkin Donuts for regular and decaf coffee

Pros: This was my second time staying here. I love the area its near so many restaurants and stores. The pool is indoor, and the rooms come with a sofa balcony!

Overall good but need to work on breakfast part

Pros: I like that a lot of rooms including mine had a balcony which was a nice surprise.

Cons: Breakfast was empty soon after they opened up the kitchen. There really wasn't that many people so they just don't put enough and fill out after it runs out. I've heard people asking a couple times about basics like coffee or eggs.
