Pros: Breakfast included cereal, toast, pancakes, scrambled eggs, bacon, fruit, and yogurt. A bit short, because you could eat them only until 8:30 am. In addition, the hotel had a laundry service ($3 for washing and $3 for drying) in each building. The room had basic cutlery and crockery for one person.

Cons: no possibility to buy washing products in the laundry (maybe they were at the concierge - I didn't check).

Overall my stay was quite enjoyable.

Pros: Location was perfect. Breakfast food items were sufficient and well tended. The size of the room and ammenities included surpassed my expectations. I would book this hotel again.

Cons: I understand the property is in the process of updating.... old carpet was very stained, mattress was stained (could be seen through the sheet), very uncomfortable (hard and squeeky) and lacked bed bug encasement. The payment system was not in working order for the duration of my stay. Children and teens should not be permitted to use the breakfast buffet unaccompanied by an adult. I observed several young ladies raid the buffet like locusts, waste food and use less than acceptable sanitary practices. Additionally they returned a second time and loaded plates \

Pros: The girl at the reception desk was very friendly and courteous when I asked if I could check in earlier and she was helpful. Came back and was able to access my room early enough to use the pool with my daughter. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of spacious seating. Pool was supplied with towels and the front desk girl, who was the same girl, sorry I did not get her name checked me out easily.

Cons: No complaints, wish the pool were bigger as it got crowded for the holiday.

Pros: The suite space was nice, the breakfast was a nice variety.

Cons: The room temperature was 66 degrees and we couldn’t make it any warmer. Only option was to turn it off and then it got too warm and stuffy was freezing all night. The room should have been much cleaner, as they were long dark strands of hair on the shower wall and there was food crumbs under the desk and in front of the sofa.

Pros: El Hotel está céntrico, cerca de centros comerciales, del aeropuerto, el área tranquila sin ruidos de autos, el desayuno incluido esta aceptable lo varían todos los dias.

Cons: No me gusto que en los 17 dias solo hicieron limpieza de la habitación un sólo día, al día 14 limpiaron la habitación, las basura la.tenia que botar uno, las toallas, y papelería sanitaria había que solicitarlas en recepción, muy poco personal atendiendo el hotel.
