Best Western Inn at Blakeslee-Pocono

Other than not getting the late checkout request, my family had a nice stay.

Pros: The breakfast was tasty. The location was near the Pocono Raceway, which is why we chose it.

Cons: The hotel did not honor my request for a late checkout. I didn't find out until we arrived because several times when I called, the staff said they couldn't answer because only a manager could answer or I was put on hold and no one ever picked the phone back up.

This was an amazing hotel. From friendly check in to exceptional cleanliness.

Pros: This was without doubt the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in. Exceptional. Staff was super friendly and everything was perfect.

Pros: Our room was so clean! Good location, close to several hiking trails. Would definitely stay here again.

We rnjoyed our stay in the hotel.

Pros: The accssibilty to the venue or event that we have to attend. My friends and I was able to hang out at the dining room till 12am after our event.

Cons: There’s not enough toiletries for 4 people and also towels. In other hotels that I’ve stayed in, there are dispenser of soap, shampoo and conditioners and sometimes there are dispensers of lotions.

Good for price!

Pros: Desk person was super sweet and patient when I was searching for my ID! Shower had hot water and breakfast was available and decent!

Cons: It was all great!
