Loved the area, beautiful wildlife & experience at the resort was great!

Pros: The room was wonderful & a great & friendly staff. Our room was always clean.

Cons: Only problem was channels on tv. Most weren’t accessible. Picture was very pixeled. Other than a few sports channels only had one that was able to watch.

Pros: I was extremely pleased at how the front desk attendant, Jimmy, was pleasant and assisted us with all of our needs and answered questions without any issues. The view from balcony side of hotel is simply beautiful and I enjoyed seeing the deers.

Cons: that we had to go downstairs to use microwave.

What was most important was the room was clean.

Pros: We loved the location. The rooms were clean, roomy & we loved our balcony.

Cons: We didn't have a fridge, or microwave. Also there were 4 of us & we only had 3 towels. Only 1 elevator that was working for 4 floors. We were on the 3rd floor & we would continue to take the steps.

Hidden Gem of the Poconos! Shhhh!! Keep it a secret!

Pros: Everything was perfect at this Resort! I highly recommend it. Very clean facilities. Easy in/out free parking, so many amenities.

Cons: Barking Dogs. I don't mind the well behaved \

Fit for the price - great choice

Pros: Close to the ski resort, about 1 min drive. Great indoor pool and sauna (it’s old fashion, but fun) Great restaurant downstairs (extra charge) Great view to the resort

Cons: Really old old-fashioned rooms, problems with the room service (didn’t clean one time) but - Perfect for the price we’ve paid…

Pros: Pool and room were nice - not 2026 'luxury' but definitely a comfortable, nostalgic experience of a resort elegantly 'trapped in time'

Cons: Wifi was pretty unreliable, but good whenever you could keep yourself on the network.

Excellent value considering everything!

Pros: The view of Camelback from our balcony was awesome! The staff was laid-back. The facilities and room were clean.

Cons: Couldn't find towels near the pool. One elevator is broken, and the writing one is fairly slow with many of the floor indication lights out. I would live to see the pool open later. This is common in hotels and I don't understand why. They don't have to pay a lifeguard or anything!
