Exceeded expectations

Pros: Convenient location, on-site parking. The room was clean, cosy and quiet, despite the windows facing the road. All the necessary toiletries are provided, a hairdryer, iron, ironing board, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. The washing machine is located on the floor. Tea and coffee are available at all times. The breakfast was delicious, everything was fresh. The staff was friendly. I really enjoyed it. If you're choosing a place to stay, this is definitely the place to go.

I would stay here in the future.

Pros: The facility appeared clean and breakfast offered plenty of options. The location was great as well. The rates were pretty decent.

Cons: I was surprised when I asked the front desk for extra towels and wash cloths, I was asked to turn in my old ones instead of being asked my room number. I'm used to hotels bringing these items directly to my room. Also, I requested a first floor room and received an email stating that would be accommodated but it was not.

Pros: Hampton Inns are always clean. The breakfast is good and the staff is friendly.

Great place to stay

Pros: Clean and cozy. Love the option to select your own room. We picked a spot we knew would hopefully be quiet. The staff was great.

It was very enjoyable.

Pros: Always, the hard working and dedicated staff. The weekend manager, Sabrina, is outstanding; professional; conscientious; and personable.Our room was exact as described on the website, and very nicely maintained. Greatly appreciated that breakfast was included.

Cons: Wish we could have stayed longer.

bonne localisation et conforme à nos attentes d’un Hampton Inn

Pros: Chambre confortable, propre et rénovée . Déjeuner complet. Juste à la sortie de la route, donc pratique. Bref, tout était conforme à ce qu’on s’attend d’un Hampton Inn.

Cons: Le couple de la chambre adajcente s’est disputé tard le soir et dans la nuit ; les bruits et paroles (cris) dans la chambre étaient plutôt étouffés et inaudibles (donc bonne insonorisation entre les chambres). Cependant, lorsqu’un des 2 quittait la chambre (une bonne quinzaine de fois entre la soirée et la nuit) la porte claquait très fort, donc ça nous réveillaiten sursautant à toutes les fois. Le matin en quittant, j’ai essayé de fermer ma porte sans la retenir, et j’étais incapable de la claquer si fort, comme si un mécanisme la retenait un peu ,juste avant qu’elle se ferme avec un bruit normal de fermeture de porte. Il faudrait vérifier le mécanisme de la porte de la chambre 415 qui est peut être défecteux, pour claquer en faisant autant de bruit.

There's a Reason We keep coming Back

Pros: We've stayed at this hotel several times now. There's a reason we keep coming back. Staff is friendly. Property is always clean and well-ordered, and the complementary breakfast is a bonus, too.

Cons: Nothing.

Great Value & Location.

Pros: Hotel cleanliness, amenities and staff are first-rate. This is the third time we've stayed at this location and there's a reason we've done so.

Cons: The free breakfast, while appreciated, wasn't good this time. Eggs, potatoes and sausage were cold.

It was a great stay for the value. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly.

Pros: It was close to everything. Easy on off from the highway.

Cons: Breakfast needs better options. We ran out of dark roast coffee at 9:00am.
