Wish every hotel was like this one, highly recommend if you are staying in the area

Pros: Check in was quick and easy. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Room was large and comfortable. Fitness center was one of the very best I have had the chance of using, and I have stayed in many hotels recently. Bravo

Cons: Really nothing negative to say, stay was exceptional.

10 out of 10!!

Pros: From the moment we stepped thru the door we could tell it was a clean hotel, the place was very clean and even smelled clean. The elevator was also clean which sometimes is the give away of what's to come. lol. But most of ALL was the young women behind the desk, I wish I could remember her name. She was full of smiles and so helpful and we ALL felts she was amazing! We were there for a wedding and everyone was talking how great she was!! So thank you for her!

Pros: They accidentally overbooked our room but went above and beyond to make it right. Very friendly staff, clean rooms, nice pool. I liked that you could opt for cheaper rate and not get breakfast but wife would have liked to atleast have complimentary coffee in lobby.

Pros: We ran into little problems with our booking, we booked 3 rooms for 2 nights and one room was canceled by the hotel staff by accident. The night shift manager corrected the issue so we could check in , but the reservation still needed to be solved so we didn’t have to pay extra. The morning manager Ms Laurelle Whitaker and the front desk agent name Kim have gone out of their way, helping me to locate booking.com info, contacting booking.com to straight everything out while handling other tasks of a busy morning . Their efforts to work and make sure the hotel provides 100% positive care for customers are greatly appreciated by us .

The facility and staff will exceed your expectation

Pros: This facility had NOTHING I wasn't extremely happy with. Everything and everyone exceeded my expectation. This is a relatively new hotel, and the staff maintain it like it was new last week. Everything was very clean, and had a fresh smell.

Cons: There was nothing I didn't like. Every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations. Anyone traveling to Hamilton, New Jersey would improve your visit by staying here.
