Pros: Your staff was really pleasant and helpful both at check-in and check-out Thanks to both these ladies we will stop in again.

Cons: The sheet on our bed was ripped in the middle and worn out.

Good value and close to Carlisle Barracks.

Pros: I liked the turning pancake griddle that made three small pancakes.

Cons: The straight layout was ill suited for breakfast crowds beyond a few people. Queues formed too easily. You might try spacing out food clusters and appliances so more people can reach the food at the same time. Consider a couple options: 1) Put the food and appliances along a long island counter in the dining room, and place them in a way that people can serve themselves from either side of the food island. Or 2) use a convex U-shaped food layout where your staff can resupply the food and service the appliances from inside the U, out of the path of your customers.

Convenient location, very quiet room, good value.

Pros: Clean room, very quiet location, plenty of parking, nice breakfast options.

Cons: Rubber stripping at room door was loose and easy to trip on. Bathroom: 1)fan not working properly; 2) clothes hook not fastened to wall.

Hidden Gem

Pros: Long travel, the weekend before Christmas. We were tired and boked online. The whole process was easy including check in and check out. Bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. BEST OF ALL, the hotel is just far enough away from the exit that there were NO BUGS from other travelers. I will now be stopping here on our travels back and forth from Tennessee to New York. Had we not been so tired, we likely would have enjoyed the pool.
