Perfect location. Great hosts. Great breakfast.

Pros: Perfect location for B&B to walk to the Niagara Falls - most of other B&B are on a longer distance and parking close to Niagara falls is very expensive. But from this B&B it is just 25-30 minutes of walk - and you save $36 on parking.

Cons: Some wasps on the veranda if you eat anything sweet. Not very aggressive though.

Cons: Die nahe Lage zur Autobahn. Wir hatten Zimmer Richtung Autobahn und die Fenster waren ziemlich undicht, sodass man jedes Auto gehört hat

Pros: Only stayed for quick coffee. Breakfast offerings seemed good however

Cons: A vistor was loudly singing with a song on her phone. Really annoying. Not sure how you would correct that.

Wonderful Value

Pros: I love that this hotel is close to the fairgrounds. It is easy to get in and out of because there is a light when there is traffic. The staff is kind and willing to help with anything that you need.

Cons: I was a little disappointed this time because they were fixing the pool and I wasn't able to use it, but usually the pool is clean and a wonderful place to hang out. I'm sure that it will be ready for use the next time we visit.

Second time staying here

Pros: The front desk people were very nice. Housekeeping was also very pleasant. We made use of the pool this time around. We like the bar inside the hotel.

Cons: The stairways and hallway carpets could use a good vacuuming, but our room was clean and that's what matters.

Pros: The hotel was clean. We liked the Lounge. The check in person was very nice, as well as the bartender.

Cons: The hotel is older, but it was clean.

By far the nicest hotel you can get for such an affordable price.

Pros: Breakfast was good, room and common spaces were clean, all staff was kind, it was not loud, room amenities were a nice bonus

Cons: I didn’t love the location, but it was nice that 81 was right next to it. Our bathrooms light and fan did not work, but it was still very clean and nice. There was not much I didn’t enjoy

Very relaxing , clean , goty moneys worth

Pros: The staff there is very helpful. Room clean. Nice in hotel bars with pool table and more. Right beside 24 hour Gas station/subway / smoke shop. And pet friendly. Nice breakfast too.

Cons: That I stayed at another hotel first.
