Ledges Hotel

Good quality, clean and comfortable. Excellent attached restaurant.

Pros: Good location with two external breakfast solutions. I use both and they were equally as good.

Cons: Signage the last 100 yds could have been better. I arrived on a dark stormy night...

It was great, the desk persons were exceptionally friendly and helpful

Pros: We went to the Cafe for breakfast because we were meeting our realtor

Cons: Our room smelled like thkitchen when we came back at 930 pm

Pros: The views were amazing! The hotel staff were personable and accommodating… the aesthetic was comfortable and cozy. Highly recommend!

Cons: Not many convenient spots to visit were open during the week. Lots of the offered daily activities were only available during the weekend.

Lovely nature escape

Pros: Loved the views. That's what tou pay for. The room was tiny and needed updating for the price. The restaurant was Devine. I would go back . Especially during dam release. Maybe get a room with view for the price would have been better. Great service. Car charging station on-site. Loved my time there

Pros: The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I needed to check in a little early, and they were very accommodating. The room, linens, towels were all clean and fresh. The location overlooking the waterfalls is really a rare gem. The lobby was a cozy spot to read, with a fireplace, comfortable sofas, and board games. The restaurant in the hotel had absolutely amazing food.

Cons: Some of the fixtures in the bathroom were a bit dated. I couldn't get my television to work but I didn't bother to ask for assistance because it wasn't that important to me. The shower gel dispenser was empty.

Amazingggg

Pros: They were amazing with making every guest feel at home. I was having a terrible day and just the stay alone turned everything around for me as well as making my birthday special

A beautiful historic building right next to a waterfall

Pros: A very cool hotel! This converted old factory practically sits on top of lovely waterfalls. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The cozy lobby has a working fireplace, and, at the time of our visit, was decorated for Christmas. The board games were a nice touch to while away chilly winter evenings. The food at the restaurant was tasty, and we were happy to take advantage of the breakfast credit at the Cocoon.

Cons: The decor in our room could use some upgrades (eg carpeting).

Pros: The staff was absolutely amazing!! The location was great. The restaurant was delicious and gorgeous. The views are beautiful.

Cons: I would only suggest maybe an upgrade on the beds. Nothing that's a deal breaker by any means but I wouldn't want to not be honest.

Iluminación

Pros: La ubicación espectacular un lugar tranquilo y perfecto para disfrutar de la naturaleza

Cons: En el exterior debería haber un poco más de luz , se podría aprovechar un poco más el espacio de la cascada que es la parte que mas atrae a el turista , iluminaría un poco más la cascada con reflectores . El área del bar lo mantendría abierto tal vez hasta media noche para que las parejas pudieran disfrutar más de este espacio tan lindo . Es mi recomendación un abrazo y espero volver
