Fantastic location for AO Arena

Pros: Location, great bar and restaurant and friendly staff.

Great hotel for travelling around New Jersey

Pros: Free parking, lovely spacious rooms, use of fridge, coffee machine and microwave in room.

Pros: The location worked very well for us as we were visiting ill relatives. The rooms are spacious, clean & comfortable. The upstairs lobby came in handy to get some work/phone calls done.

Cons: The front desk staff is at times hard to understand. When we extended our stay, the gentleman quoted me a price then it wasn't until I saw the charge on my credit card that the amount charged was not what he quoted. A female at the front desk adjusted the rate & helped to take care of the issue.

Pros: Nice location. Nice pool , rooms were good comfy bed

Delightfully surprised!

Pros: We were very happy with the hotel. The personnel were very helpful. The facility itself was clean and relatively modern. We were very surprised at how nice it was!

Pros: Rooms were very clean. Staff was very polite and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious!! Will definitely stay here again!

Pros: The location was great, the room was nice & clean, and parking plentiful.

Cons: It's too short of a stay to list anything negative. Overall, it was a great experience.

Quick Stop on the Road

Pros: The room scores high points for cleanliness, space and amenities. Upon arrival, I was unsure of what to expect, as there is an adjacent restaurant/bar that had some patrons milling about out front who seemed to be drunk and were a bit loud. The property is on a busy road and we were thankful to have been placed in the rear of the building. The hotel is pet friendly and the fee for a dog was fairly reasonable ($35). Areas to walk our dog were easily accessible to where our room was located. We were also able to park near the entrances closest to our room. The outdoor area surrounding the building needed some attention, as there were a lot of cigarette butts and trash on the ground. Our room was quiet and comfortable, and for our purposes (one night stay while traveling), it was quite suitable.

Cons: Cleaner grounds, nicer restaurant adjacent to hotel.

highly recommended hotel great value

Pros: The property is extremely clean including the gym, the business center and outside. Everything is virtually spotless. It smells wonderful throughout the hotel. There’s a nice restaurant connected to it. Every single staff member works very hard and is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this hotel if you are in the hazlet area. The rooms are also extremely comfortable and spacious
