Perfect for easy effect tourism.

Pros: Perfect location for tourism. Great price for where it is. Clean, comfortable rooms, walking distance to some nice bars, empire state, etc..

Pleasant stay in a clean, warm property in an excellent location.

Pros: Location was excellent and property was very clean. The owner was very accommodating with any requests.

Cons: I would have liked chairs (even folding ones) instead of stools for some comfort and back support, but that’s just from a personal perspective.

Small apartment well located

Pros: The apartment is well located, direct metro to everywhere, perfect if you travel by train to Penn station. The apartment is too small for 5 people, the same for the bathroom, too tiny.

Great location - great price - very clean

Pros: It was exactly as we expected. Clean, compact and an incredible location. This isn’t a hotel but perfect for good value accommodation. A group of 5 lads from England. One room with shower room, kitchen facilities. Two double beds and bunk beds. Three nights worked out around 70 quid a night each.

Amazing stay, super helpful hosts

Pros: The location was amazing, near everything and super comfortable. Also Rossana was always so willing to help, even left us extra blankets and helped us find transportation back to the airport.

Cons: A novembre l'appartamento era un pó freddo. Il termosifone era solo uno ed un pó piccolo per la grandezza della stanza. Lascerei qualche coperta in più.
