Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Hershey Chocolate Avenue

Pros: It would be good have a few restaurants inside the hotel. Only breakfast was available. Room service can be introduced.

Good value, nice property, convenient.

Pros: Excellent location for those with families at Hershey Medical Center. Staff were incredibly helpful and allowed us to stay in a day by day basis. Breakfast was great and hospitality staff were so nice!

Cons: Tub drain did not work and the duvet on the bed is incredibly hot. Would be better if there had been a blanket or something lighter.

Pros: Very clean. Rooms comfortable. Delicious breakfast. 24/7 coffee availability!

Cons: Sundrie shop does not have many choices but that was very minor. That would not deter me from staying here again bc I plan on booking here again when I visit Hershey

Great place to stay.

Pros: Clean room. When we checked in and turned on the heat, we experienced a burning spell. We we leaving for Chocolate Town so we told the front desk about the smell. Someone from maintenance fixed it while we were gone. Presto, no more smell and plenty of heat.

Cons: Can’t think of a thing. Everything was so good that we had no complaints.

Pros: This is a VERY well maintained facility. Clean. Staff- especially the young man that was working the front desk on noon Monday. So so helpful. Lovely pool and exercise facility.

Cons: The room I paid for was a king executive suite with pull out sofa. The pull out sofa was a love seat, not a sofa. While the pull out bed was small and actually not too uncomfortable, I had to sleep 2 on it which was difficult given its size. And there were no sheets, or extra pillows, or blankets for this pull out bed. The staff was extremely accommodating in giving me extra blankets. I honestly feel for the price I paid, though, the pull out should have been bigger and had the necessities to sleep on it. Otherwise, all in all, very enjoyable stay!
