Pros: Great location, close to many stores, the park and the pool was heated. Eve the night time worker at the front desk was the best. He was super friendly and helped more than he needed. We had some sick kids, and they did everything to help us get through the rough night.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: That it was close to the venue that I was attending. There was a shopping plaza next door and a restaurant across the street. There were other restaurants close by. The morning breakfast had good food choices and was very accommodating, so you saved having to eat out and spend money for breakfast. The room price was reasonable. The beds were firm, so if you have back issues, the mattresses would be more supportive. There was a lot of lighting, and the lamps had outlets at their bases for cell phone charging. You didn't have to search for an outlet. The staff was friendly.

Cons: The first room had some sort of bugs in it, but the front desk manager acted swiftly to give us another room. Luckily, because this was off-season, she was able to transfer us to another room. The sink was separate from the bathroom, so privacy was a little lacking, if that is a deal breaker. But, on the plus side, one person could be using the sink while another person could use the shower and toilet.

My stay was great as it always has been.

Cons: The mattresses in the bedroom were entirely too hard and noisy. The pillows were too soft with no support at all. Also there were three stink bugs in my room.

Pros: It wasn't a flashy hotel, but the staff was friendly and the room was comfortable and clean.

Cons: The pool was very warm, and the shower heads need to be delimed.

Pros: Great location to stores and Hersheypark, very friendly staff, good breakfast and coffee, plenty of parking, comfortable beds, and they have ducks you can feed on property.

Cons: Shower head in the room we had was small and felt like it the water pressure was low but could be that type of shower head. I dropped a earring on the floor and went to get it under the bed area and saw lots of crumbs and trash from past people staying in the room like a tortilla chip and a jam packet.
