Clean, close, comfy!

Pros: Perfect stay for our visit at Bucknell, super clean, so close, conveniet location.

Cons: Well, my only suggestion would be firmer mattresses. Other than that, fantastic!

Clean and comfortable

Pros: The facility seems quite new. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. There was an alarm-sounding noise in our room that turned out to be the pipes. The staff reassigned our room very quickly and we moved down the hall. The remainder of our night was quiet and restful. The breakfast buffet was typical but well stocked.

I felt comfortable, safe and valued as a customer.

Pros: The facility was very welcoming upon entering. The desk clerk greeted me immediately and was very friendly. Everything was clean and tidy.

Cons: There was nothing that I found offensive in any way.

We will be back! Maybe they need to insulate the rooms better.

Pros: Very nice hotel. The pool and fitness facilities were more than expected!!! Very large room with comfortable beds. We greatly enjoyed our stay!

Cons: I had three grandchildren with me and the front desk called at 8:50 to say they had a noise complaint about the children. I explained that we were getting them to bed and it would be quiet soon.

Surprise good hotel.

Pros: Great reception. Very friendly. Clean room. Basic but complete. Breakfast was great. Breakfast staff was very friendly. Used the exercise room. The pool was heated and clean

Cons: If I owned the hotel I would change all the lighting to soft white bulbs. Bright white cheapens the hotel. A few paintings on the wall would class up the joint.

Comfortable and clean property that made the reason for our visit positive.

Pros: Rooms were large and clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons: Breakfast service could be better. Had to wait for items to be replenished which was disappointing as we had to choose prioritizing eating over being late to a loved one’s funeral.
