Avia Residences on Lincoln - Extended Stay

Pros: Excellent extended room space, secure. No fuss staff, a quiet location off the main road. Close to restaurants, Wegmans and bus transport, 7 mins to main line Paoli Station.I I enjoyed my stay.

Cons: The staff was very good but the office only opened at 9 am & closed for the evening at 7 pm.

Pros: Sonesta is in a good location. Serves good Breakfast staff are cooperative and helpful. The Room was well-equipped with kitchenware.

Cons: Needs to change carpets in the rooms. It is quite run down.

Cons: The pool was closed which was a little gutting, although I was advised this was a temporary thing, so don’t let that put you off!

Pros: The place was big and comfortable. The place is very safe in general and the girls that manage breakfast are very nice.

Cons: I know it wasn't Suites fault, but it wasn't easy to move with no car.

Pros: As a former housekeeper in a 5☆ hotel im very picky, but also understanding. I found a pair of socks in a drawer. Easy fix threw them away. Bathrooms were clean, kitchen was clean,beds were comfortable, plenty of pillows and towels. Check in/check out was smooth. Front desk staff was very friendly. Will be staying here again if we have an event at the convention center.

Cons: Some peeling paint on outside stairs. Stairs could use some attention.

It made a weekend trip better than expected.

Pros: I loved how beautiful the room was—set up just like an apartment and very spacious, with both upstairs and downstairs. You’ll definitely get a little workout, but it was so nice and cozy, it truly made us feel like we were back home in Louisiana.

Cons: I didn’t like the going upstairs but honestly everything was great .

Pros: It was like a little 2 bedroom apartment. I liked having 2 bathrooms, 1 in each room. And that we could bring the dog. Beds were comfy. Close to stores if we needed anything.

Cons: It was a bit further from where we needed to be, but it was fine.

I choose Avia for the quiet night's sleep

Pros: The room was clean, bed and pillows were very comfortable. I choose this property because it is generally quiet and near to my friend's home in Phoenixville. Front desk staff is friendly. Price for room is reasonable for Main Line Philadelphia area.

Cons: The room could use some TLC with worn carpets and a small piece of wood at the threshold from bedroom into bathroom. I was awakened by other guests outside my room who were talking VERY loudly twice during the night.
