Pros: Overall very nice and will stay there again next year for the Billiards event

Cons: Cool River restaurant food was expensive and not impressed with portion and taste, service not so good as they got my order wrong and was ignored for a while and had to complain. Stayed on 3rd floor the ice machine was broken on 3rd and 2nd floors and towards the end of my stay the main floor ice machine went down.

Pros: Very quiet, convenient location, easy parking. Thanks the team for client-oriental service! Especially breakfast Chief - he’s doing this place special! We loved omelette and positive energy of the guy - can’t be better to start the day :)

Excellent hotel - would choose again

Pros: Great beds. Room with two double bedrooms was great.

Cons: No food Sunday night. Quite a lot of noisy kids staying but not the fault of the hotel.

If I were to visit Philadelphia again I would stay here. The good definitely outweighed the bad.

Pros: The location seemed safe and the property was quiet. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was decent and nice to have omelettes and pancakes made fresh. The main floor of the hotel was very inviting.

Cons: It was obvious the property had some water issues based on the ceilings in my room and my mom's room. There juice at the buffet seemed watered down. There could have been more towels in the room to accommodate a family of three.

Pros: Clean the place clean it was a great enjoyable experience with everybody that worked there although my friends things were stolen and no one messed up to it it was left in the lobby we think someone of the staff got it but we couldn't be sure

Cons: I didn't like the only thing I didn't like was the fact that I couldn't take my breakfast up to my room and that just is irritating because I didn't want to eat with everybody else I like to relax so very irritating actually that was the only thing that just threw me off actually

Pros: This hotel is a little out dated and temp in hotel itself on the warm side with rooms being hard to temp control cold one day to warm the next. I have stayed at this property for 3 years now because of the breakfast. The chef is excellent. Benny and Nancy put out a fantastic complimentary breakfast.
