Pleased with our stay just some minor issues

Pros: Staff was great help when we arrived and accommodate our needs. Very generous and kind. Rooms was clean and was quite. You could relax. Glad u had breakfast. Add bacon and hash browns with the eggs ham and waffles. That would be good.

Cons: Fix the dang key card door latches. Had problems with them not wanting to work the entire stay. They would stay red until u pulled the card in and out several times. Just frustrated with it. Also handicapped rooms need a button to push to help keep door open while pushing a wheelchair through. Hard to push someone in room when door won't stay open. Also the issue we had was my husband's wheel chair didn't want to go over the door threshold bottom trim into the bathroom. I had to prop him back to get the wheels over it before he could get in. His chair would get stuck every time. Also wished some guests wouldnt be so rude and butt their way in front of you while waiting in line for breakfast to help ur handicapped husband. I just took our breakfast back to our room so I wasn't gonna deal with any more rude impatient people. Also beds was hard as rocks but the pillows was great. Piled them up to try and get comfy.

Great value for a great stay!

Pros: Everything was clean and it had even more than we needed for our short stay.

Pros: Quite good complementary breakfast, very big room.

Tranquilo

Pros: Nuevo,limpio,tranquilo,excelente ubicación,súper cerca de comida rápida y supermercado.

Cons: Lo único que no me gustó y sería una queja constructiva es que cuando llegue al front desk tenía un fuerte olor a cigarrillo como si estuvieran fumando adentro. De lo demás muy buen hotel,tranquilo, limpio y con desayuno incluido.

Pros: Beds were comfortable. Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly. We were there for a funeral it made our 1 night stay comfortable.

Cons: Could of been a hot breakfast but it really was ok

Location was great, close to my travel destination at Messiah University, and very clean.

Pros: Breakfast consisted of bagels and a few cereal options, and hard boiled eggs were available. Would’ve liked to have seen a little more robust menu there.

Cons: Fitness center was very small, with a limited number of cardio machines (2), but was basically what I expected.

Would stay here again

Pros: Very clean and spacious room. Great location with grocery store and restaurants right next door. For us, it was also just 2 miles from our sister’s house.

Cons: The water pressure wasn’t great. Breakfast was really basic without any hot items. Juices were watered down.

It was an amazing experience!!

Pros: The staff at the desk exceeded every expectation… she went above and beyond to get us an early check-in! We had a wedding ceremony to get to in a very short time and she made it possible with no stress for us!!!!

Pros: Friendly staff easy access to the hwys ,clean room, quiet room, nice breakfast included

Cons: Nothing, people complain about water pressure, yes not super strong but more than enough to get washed up,

Good location. Friendly staff. Bring your own pillows!

Pros: The room was clean and quiet. The woman on the reception desk was very friendly and welcoming

Cons: Room keys didn’t work. Vent in bathroom was absolutely filthy. Pillows are very, very small
