Great customer service

Pros: We were impressed with how Neil went the extra mile with us to check us in early.

Cons: We cannot think of anything that we didn't like.

Good for a 1-night stay

Pros: The hotel clerk, Rose was very nice and welcoming. The bed was comfortable and the room was nice and quiet.

Cons: The food choices at the bar were very limited especially with them being out of several things. The bartender was not very friendly. I just simply pointed out what I thought was wrong and he took it like I was blaming it all on him. For the above reasons I decided not to have breakfast at the property. I also noticed a couple of blood stains on the sheet covering the bed. Things like that are unsightly.

The location was perfect for meeting with friends who lived very nearby.

Pros: We were disappointed that breakfast was not included. We actually thought it was.

Pros: Staff were amazing, very helpful and accommodating. Had issue with booking and they were fantastic with resolution.

Cons: Hot tub was out of order and pool said was heated but not enough to make a difference. Location was tricky to get to...non smoking property, did have area to smoke but it was in back and not close to an entrance for safety.

The hotel was clean and staff was very friendly. Breakfast was not included and there was no maid service.
