Great location, fantastic views, friendly staff

Pros: I requested a room with a view of NYC and I reckon they gave me the best view they had, which was lovely. Bed was very comfortable, and staff were very kind and helpful. Hotel is close to everything, from great restaurants to the theater.

Smart hotel convenient for Montclair

Pros: We had a good-sized room with comfortable beds at the end of a corridor on the 6th floor which meant that we were not disturbed even though it was the busy Christmas period. The location was convenient for the town. We would definitely stay there again if visiting our relatives in Montclair.

Cons: The breakfast had a limited menu but adequate. Service was variable over the time we were there and sometimes seemed like an afterthought that they had just remembered to provide.

Pros: Staff was attentive and beds were very comfortable. The food was fantastic

Pros: Floor plan, very spacious. Location. Less than 15m from my event. Contemporary decor. Security access upto the room. Friendly reception and staff

Cons: Little noisy overhead in the room above me. Awakened by the noises. Valet parking cost.

Pros: Bra och lugnt boendealternativ om man inte vill bo mitt i New York. Fantastisk utsikt till New York från rooftop.

Cons: Städerskan tog sig in i vårt rum 2 gånger när vi var inne, men bad om ursäkt.

Tolles, sauberes Hotel mit unfreundlicher, unfähiger Angestellten.

Pros: Ein tolles, neues Hotel mit Rooftopbar und Blick auf die Skyline von Manhattan. Leider hatte die Bar Montags geschlossen und am Sonntag ab 22 Uhr, was dazu führte, dass einer von uns schon oben war, der andere nachkommen wollte, aber kurz nach 22 Uhr nicht mehr hochgekommen ist.

Cons: Wir hatten von Freunden einen Gutschein über 50$ bekommen, den wir auf der Rooftopbar einlösen sollten. Dort hatten sie keine Ahnung, was mit dem Gutschein anzufangen wäre. Also wollten wir ihn für ein Frühstück einlösen, sprachen aber zuvor noch mit einer Angestellten an der Rezeption. Diese war extrem unfreundlich und unkooperativ, sagte, das ginge nicht, man müsse es in der Bar einlösen. Letztendlich wollte sie den Gutschein nicht anrechnen, ihre Vorgesetzte war nicht erreichbar und die Dame schnippisch und unfreundlich. Erst nach insistieren unsererseits bekamen wir den Gutschein am Abreisetag angeblich gutgeschrieben. Noch wurde uns nichts zurückerstattet. Dieses Verhalten überschattete unseren sonst tollen Aufenthalt.
