Pros: The bed is very comfy, the room is nice and spacious

Cons: When I arrived I had already registered through an online app. Bookings.com I asked the clerk if I could add a sec night. They said I could but only through the app, so I did. I later received an email that my flight was bumped up. When I tried to get my refund for the evening, yhe clerk said I had to contact the third party vendor to get my refund. I called bookings.com 3 times. Before hanging up on me twice they told me to ask the front desk to contact the third party for my refund. The clerk told me that's not how it works. The clerk gave me the third party number to call and if was disconnected. In other words. There was zero chance for me to get a refund. The whole interaction was strange. I won't be dealing with Bookings.com anymore. I recommend the staff discontinue suggesting to client to use that app.

Comfortable stay

Pros: The staff was very responsive and very friendly. Bed was very comfortable, the room and the bathroom were clean and the room was very spacious.

Pros: Newark is considerably cheaper than NY, next to train so easy commute in. Beds are super comfortable....3rd time here. Each time the beds have been awesome.

Cons: Room does not have a safe. As someone traveling with passports, this makes me uncomfortable. I didn't want to carry them in New York on New Years Eve, didn't want to leave in the car. Was forced to leave in the room.

Pros: Room was clean, beds were very comfortable. Front desk staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.

Pleasant, Clean and Cozy!

Pros: I was able to check-in late at night after a horrible experience at a private rental. Check-in was easy and pleasant. The room was nice, clean and cozy.

Cons: I was happy to be in a safe, clean, and cozy environment. There was just a slight cigarette smell in the hallways.

Pros: I felt safe, and from someone coming out of town, that was important.

Cons: The coffee wasn't good and they run out of breakfast items pretty fast.

Peaceful nights

Pros: Location to my family house, and to stores. Parking was very good.
