Pros: Relaxing quiet and polite and very knowledgeable of pur needs

Cons: the shower was too hit and I had to figure out the way to make it cold water needs a little update

Another great stay at Sleep Inn!

Pros: Location, price, comfort, and staff. Really well appointed rooms, comfy beds, and personable staff. Our first time staying in Sleep Inn at Lancaster, PA and we'd highly recommend it! It's across from Scoops, which has ice cream and food trucks. A great place to gather with family and friends there.

I would recommend staying at this hotel to anybody I come across.

Pros: I really enjoyed the staff there. More than friendly. They made feel like I was a friend of there's.

Cons: I didn't have any complaints at all. Everything was how I expected it to be.

Nice reasonably priced hotel.

Pros: Breakfast was good. But area was not designed for multiple bus groups. Hot tub was great.

Cons: Door locks on room were a real pain. Worked only Intermittently.

A good place to stay

Pros: The staff was very helpful and courteous. The water pressure was great and instantly hot.

Cons: Breakfast area was a little small and crowded but very well stocked with breakfast items.

Great place wonderful breakfast amazing staff

Pros: We love this facility and have stayed here many times before however, this particular time we were not happy with the accommodation. I booked and paid for a queen room but the beds were definitely not queen they were double beds. Perhaps it was my mistake I’m not sure but moving forward I will verify that we have a queen bed not double as my husband and I could not both comfortably sleep in the same bed. Otherwise we absolutely love this place and the staff are all amazing!!
