Great Stay, Great Staff, Great Value

Pros: This hotel was a pleasant stay. I am definitely going to return. Bunny, at the front desk, was more than helpful and accommodating.

Cons: . I COULDNT stay longer

Pros: The female clerk that greeted me was very friendly! The location wasn't bad. The room was clean.

Cons: Despite walking with a cane, they located me on the third floor and the elevator only worked intermittently. Despite that, it was considerably out of my way to walk to the elevator again, walking with a cane. On Christmas morning I was awake and by screaming kids in the next room around 6:00 a.m. I open my door the when I heard a blood curdling screen and then I heard the door slammed shut me without my key and without a cane hobble to the front desk The lobby was empty except for a semi-resident by the name of Barry. He informed me that to clerk on duty had gone home and would probably return around 8:00 a.m. I said how do I get into my room? He said you don't. I was greeted at 8:00 a clerk that tried to blame a guest for not telling me that he was going to be gone. Then when I instructed ed him that it was not the guest responsibility. I said it is however the clerk's responsibility to man his post and not leave guests stranded! In the process I was desperately trying to obtain a cup of coffee to brighten my Christmas morning. There are no coffee pots in the room. Stupid! You have to order them extra and pay for them even dumber! The clerk was very clear that he kept all the coffee pots under lock and key because the guest would help themselves to the coffee I said. How tragic would that be! The clerk went through all the motions of making the coffee except pushing the button. I clicked the button and when I came back 5 minutes later the clerk had dumped the pot of coffee out of meanness! I told him Mary f****** Christmas!. I proceeded to hobble back up the steps checked out of my room, hobbled back down the steps and as I was exiting the door at about 9:00 a.m. I slipped onto a sheet of ice and twisted my wrist on my landing! There was zero salt put out. Seems like a shame that just one employee can ruin your whole experience and set the hotel up for a major lawsuit!

Pros: Everything!!! Location!!! Staff!!! The room!!! Everything waa perfect!!!

Cons: I cant find anything I didnt like. Everything was AMAZING!!!!!!!

Comfort and inexpensive n very clean !

Pros: Just very comfortable !!! Quiet ! Room lil small but EXACTLY what I needed. Perfect place at low cost !! Staff exceptional ! Very nice people that work here !

Pros: For what I paid for it was very acceptable. Room looked clean and neat when we got there. And it was a great space.

Cons: The only thing I will say about the room was, it had a strong smell to it. But since I only stayed there 1 day, I managed it

Excellent place for medium to longer stays.

Pros: The place was well furnished, quiet and nicely laid out.

Cons: The heat control was slow in responding. They could add more breakfast items.

Pros: I love how the staff was very kind and respectful and the owners son was very very nice and I highly appreciate him talking to me and my girlfriend and he also showed me where everything was and no homo he was handsome

Two nights of good sleep and kind staff

Pros: The room was nice, tidy, plenty of space. Working appliances. The staff were friendly and helpful checking us in even though we arrived late at night. Bedroom being separated with good curtains was a nice touch for someone who needs darkness to sleep.

Cons: The breakfast was a lil lacking, but offering anything in my eyes is better than nothing.

Pros: The gentleman that checked us in was kind and answered all our questions.

Cons: Everything was great

Pros: Shawn sand Lee always provide stellar service. The room was spotless. The bed was comfortable with 4 pillows and extra blanket! We enjoyed our stay there.
