Pros: Breakfast was excellent and the staff very helpful. There was many different restaurants in the neighborhood.

Pros: Convenient location on Highway 1. Comfortable room and bed. Nice to have a gym and swimming pool available.

Cons: No wine left in the bar. Went to bed disappointed.

Great location and clean rooms

Pros: Nice sized room and bathroom, though I generally prefer a bathroom that includes the shower, toilet and sink. Very clean. Friendly associates at the front desk. Starbucks availability (not included) a plus. Great location.

Cons: The rooms need some updating. The bathroom could get a makeover (though clean!), the furniture in the bedroom looks very old, and a lot of hotels in the same price category got rid of the carpets and include breakfast.

Good value.

Pros: Good location for getting into town without a car - it's a lovely walk.

Cons: I was originally put in a room which was noisy as it was close to the highway and right next to the lift. This was in spite of requesting a quiet room.

Quiet Quality

Pros: Decent facilities. Quiet stay. Not a bad location.

Cons: The hallway on our floor was extremely hot and the tub could use some updates, but overall nice stay.

Enjoyable stay

Pros: Beds made daily, breakfast can be ordered and served, close to amenities.

Cons: Upon check-in, the lady at the front desk tried to upcharge my card on a room that was already prepaid via a Third party website. Her check in system denied this when she tried several times. It is great to see when controls work but the front desk clearly needs to be retrained.

Pleasant accommodation, friendly staff, and priced adequately.

Pros: Staff was extremely friendly. This hotel is not Pet Friendly and we were traveling with my emotional support dog. I could not find my paperwork at check in, but Desk Clerk on duty accepted my explanation. It was 1 am and we were very tired, so he went out of the way to accommodate us. We stayed here 3 days, March 30, 31, April 1.

Cons: This location was very secure. We had a soft vinyl car roof carrier that I did not want to unload. The Desk Clerk assured me that it would be safe. He was correct.

Comfortable, quiet rooms with friendly service

Pros: To be honest, the breakfast was good but a bit overpriced. I heard other guests comment on the same - they got the free Starbucks coffee and left to get breakfast outside the hotel.
