The Yarra

Pros: Cutest hotel ever! Brittany and Sonia were warm and welcoming plus they made great referrals for local restaurants where we could take our pup. Everything was spotless and the breakfast was a delicious and fresh start to the day.

Beautiful, warm, charming inn with great little snack options.

Pros: Clean and full of character. Awesome breakfast bites for no extra cost.

Cons: The neighborhood is a bit quiet, but that could also be the point for some folks.

Un lieu harmonieux

Pros: Un lieu exceptionnel dans un lieu vraiment agréable. Tout est soigné et subtilement décoré. La propriétaire nous a donné d’excellents conseils. On rêve déjà d’y revenir.

Cons: Rien.

We enjoyed every minute at The Yarra and would absolutely stay again!

Pros: We loved the warm atmosphere, cozy decor, attentive and personable hosts (I left my AirPods behind when we left and Sonya was so sweet to help me track them down and mailed them to me). Breakfast was delicious and ample. The bed was comfy. And Roscoe is a very charming little town.

Cons: The only drawback was the creaky floors and non-soundproofed rooms, which comes with an old house. But all the guests were very considerate and quiet, and it wasn’t a problem for us.

Pros: Lovely ambience and good breakfast and we had the entire house to ourselves. Might be different if the other rooms had been occupied.

Pros: Beautiful with modern farmhouse flare, maybe hipster, which I love. Very comfortable room and extra amenities we were not expecting. Next time we will have to have dinner at the Yarra. People in and around town raved about the Inn owners cooking. Till next tine!

Exceptional. Could not possibly recommend The Yarra enough. Sonya invites everyone in as if family.

Pros: Exceptional. Cute quaint atmosphere expertly curated by Sonya. The breakfast, which is a collection of local craft bagels, pastries and yogurt/granola/berries, is a great start to the day. Good location (short walk to the Roscoe strip), and the dinner meals that Sonya offers are made right next to you as you relax in the living room next to the fire. Everything is perfect, and in the two times I've stayed here, Sonya has gone above and beyond with her kindness. Already looking forward to our next stay.

Marvelous

Pros: Right on a road but not much traffic overnight. Homemade dinner was excellent. Really liked the décor. Breakfast options were good.

Such a beautiful place!

Pros: The place is spotless, beautifully decorated and they thought of everything for your stay. The breakfast was delicious. It’s wonderfully quiet here. Coming from the city this was the absolute perfect getaway and I will definitely be back.

Pros: Beautifully appointed bed & breakfast conveniently located near Roscoe restaurants and nature hikes. We enjoyed the food service and Sonia is a very helpful and lovely host.

Cons: The front bedroom is not very quiet due to street noise, but the other rooms are quieter.
