Great will be coming back!

Pros: The guy at the front desk is absolutely amazing! He made sure me and my family were comfortable and has the best attitude and the nicest person I’ve ever met truly I wish I got his name! I also went to have diner in the 12th floor and the man that service me was amazing as well the employees here are amazing honestly 1000 percent recommend especially for the lovely staff!

Pros: Good location, but if you are looking a hotel with breakfast included maybe this one is not the best, breakfast was $50 per person per day

Best US holiday I've had.

Pros: Staff were very friendly, very helpful and always had time to speak, we were never left waiting. Room service were always available if we needed anything. The hotel is in a great place and the best thing for us was that they offer a free shuttle service within a 5 mile radius of the hotel, and pick up from drop off location, so long as you return by 7pm. This allowed us to see a lot of the sites as the shuttle dropped us to bus stops that took us directly to the New York bus terminal where we could pick up all transport.

Cons: The room we were initially given had not been cleaned properly, however as soon as we let management know, we were immediately moved and the room was upgraded. The breakfast is to order, we would have preferred a buffet.

Crown Plaza

Pros: The cleanliness and location. Keurig in the room.

Cons: No vanity sink in the bathroom, no where to put anything. It was a handicapped room, but it didn't have a walk in shower . My husbands balance isn't good and he can't pick up his leg to get it over the tub

Danny was great

Pros: Very clean and update room. Danny was amazing and very helpful with my stay. Great staff members. Front desk is great as well. Emily is wonderful.
