Excellent hotel. Great service. Staff were very friendly

Pros: Hotel was lovely. Room was spacious and extremely clean.

Cons: There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. Personal preference would be a restaurant that served more than tapas but that’s all.

Best stay at a commercial hotel chain yet!!

Pros: Property is new, efficient, clean. Staff is professional and polite.

Cons: They allow pets, so unfortunately my family and I suffered with allergies the entire stay.

Overall, enjoyed our weekend stay and would stay there again.

Pros: The staff was very helpful and friendly. The size of the room and the full kitchen was amazing. Also, the hotel was pet friendly which saved us from having to board our pet. I would stay there again.

Cons: The location maybe needs a parking deck, finding a parking spot on weekend was challenging. Also, breakfast could have been a little better. Especially on weekends, traveller's are more active and needs a more hearty breakfast.

I stayed here for my anniversary weekend and 10/10, this hotel is our favorite!

Pros: This hotel truly felt like a home away from home! The rooms were exceptionally clean and had an apartment-style feel, which made the stay incredibly comfortable. Cleanliness is always my biggest concern when staying at hotels—especially the sheets and furniture—but our room was completely spotless and odor-free. I also loved the thoughtful touches, like the white noise machine, and the mattress was super comfortable. The staff was kind, polite, and welcoming throughout our stay. I had no issues at all and would definitely stay here again! I loved everything—genuinely, there was nothing I didn’t like. The room was fully furnished with coffee cups, plates, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and cooking tools. The living area was spacious, as were the bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom, which made the stay feel comfortable and well thought out.

Pros: La atención del personal fue excelente. El servicio de alimentación muy variado. Las instalaciones muy limpias.

Cons: Todo estuvo muy bien. No tengo comentarios negativos.

Pros: The hotel was very nice and clean. Close by the stores and Waterpark. The staff was amazing. I highly recommend and this will be and my family stay hotel everytime we visit.

Cons: The beds could have been a little more comfy, but they were still to a good liking.

מלון טוב מעולה שעונה על דרישות המיקום, כולל מתקנים טובים מאד (מטבח, חדר כושר ובריכה).

Pros: המלון נמצא במיקום טוב עבורנו, 10 דקות נסיעה מאמריקן דרים מול, מוולמארט, 40 דקות מהכניסה למנהטן. מבחינת החדרים היו גדולים ומרווחים - אבל יש לשים לב שהחלונות לא נפתחים בחדרים ! אפשרות הבישול מצויינת, והשתמשנו בה רבות. המקרר גדול ויש גם פריזר - אבל אין קומקום. שירותי המכבסה טובים מאד - נמצאים בקומת הקבלה במלון. מנהל המלון ובחורה בשם פטימה שהיתה בקבלה היו מאד נחמדים. חדר כושר ברמה טובה, כולל משקולות ופתוח 24 שעות, וניתן שגם ילדים צעירים יהיו בו יחד עם מבוגר.

Cons: המיטה הנפתחת בחדר - זוועה. אי אפשר לישון עליה כשהיא פתוחה, כי מרגישים אצ הקפיצים, אז הבן ישן על הספה כשהיא סגורה. שמנקים אחת ליומיים - אבל מסתדרים, ואם מבקשים מגבת הם מביאים

Pros: The breakfast was good! Didn't expect all the different options. Love the crepes and the mini eggs, and chicken sausage. The yogurt bar was amazing!!!

Cons: I thought our bathroom was going to have the black toilet but it was only in the suite. But when looking on the website it didn't specify that. So, when I made the comment of making sure we had it and we didn't. The response was will make sure you have it when I book online.

Quarto amplo com fogão na cozinha mas piscina fria.

Pros: Quarto espaçoso com cozinha completa, inclusive fogão e louças. Estacionamento gratuito.

Cons: Piscina fria. Não conseguimos tomar banho pq não era quente o suficiente. Apenas tiram o gelo da água. Café da manhã falta queijo e chocolate quente.

Piscina fria e problemas no café da manhã, porém quarto bom.

Pros: Quarto espaçoso, com cozinha completa, louças, panelas, talheres, fogão, torradeira.

Cons: Quando chegamos avisaram que dia 25 não teria serviço de quarto. Mas nenhum dia foi feito. A equipe que trabalha no café da manhã foi muito grossa quando fizemos algumas perguntas. Além disso, não repõe direito a comida. Se você não chegar até as 7:30 vai ficar com o que sobrar. Um dia chegamos para o café 9:15, e 9:30 começaram a tirar tudo, nem se importando se havíamos terminado ou não. A piscina não é quente. Apenas é aquecida para tirar o gelo.
