Best Western Plus Heritage Rail Inn & Suites

Pros: After a long flight, arriving late evening, it was great to be welcomed by the lovely Tay (I hope that's right!) she checked us in and informed us about all that was available and more. The room was spotless, TV huge and the two large comfortable beds were a treat after the flight. The breakfast buffet was as expected - providing something for everyone. A short stay, we left early the following morning, but we would definitely stay again if in the area.

Cons: Nothing - it delivered on all promises

Modern clean and nice hotel with great staff

Pros: The hotel was a little bit out of town but was modern clean and had good facilities. Small but friendly bar area. The seating area for the buffet breakfast offered with a good variety was a bonus too. Reception were very helpful. Iron, hairdryer and fridge in room. Good size room.

Cons: We did not have a car so location out of town a little difficult but we used uber which solved that issue.

Pros: The room was extremely clean and the bed very comfortable. Overall perfect for a short stay and I would definitely come here again.

Cons: The refrigerator was extremely loud, I had to unplug it in order to sleep.

Pros: The hotel room and breakfast were comparable to Hampton Inns and other well managed hotels.

Cons: I ate a banana with breakfast. I would like more choices of fruit, such as oranges or grapes.

I’d definitely stay here again.

Pros: Great Location! Right off of the highway but tucked away. No road noise. Bed was really comfortable. Staff was amazing.

Cons: We ended up in the honeymoon suite. Room was a tad dirty. Some dust and dirt near the TV. Shower curtain had seen better days. Should be replaced. Our room was a little dated. Not enough to leave me with a bad opinion though. Just a little critique.

Pros: Bar, free breakfast, staff, nice room, location, remodel

Cons: Piddly squat shower, no pressure whatsoever, even in afternoon

Pros: Es war einfach wunderschön! Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und die Dame an der Rezeption sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Exceptional!

Pros: I travel alot with my children and this by far was one of the best hotels we’ve EVER stayed in! From the customer service, to the rooms, to the free breakfast. Everything was a 10 out of 10!

Cons: Not a THING and im picky lol

Pros: The two people at the desk downstairs were exceptional

Cons: For some reason, the air-conditioning system seemed to be very loud
