Inn at York

Made my journey to the area feel like I was on vacation instead of work. Kudos you to the staff.

Pros: The location is convenient, with easy access to major highways and nearby attractions. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making sure all my needs were met. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which had a good variety of options. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend the Inn at York to anyone visiting the area. A highlight of my stay was dining at the newly opened restaurant on the property. The ambiance was inviting, and the menu offered a delightful range of dishes. The service was top-notch, and the overall dining experience was exceptional.

Excellent staff, very comfortable budget stay.

Pros: Staff was absolutely FANTASTIC, very communicative. Comfortable bed, once I was asleep I stayed asleep which is rare for me. I felt safe and secure in my room.

Cons: Hot water wasn’t working at first, but staff was very communicative about it and it was fixed before I needed it to be.

Pros: Courteous staff. Bed and linens were comfortable, clean and of good quality.

It was very comfy and nice.

Pros: The room was very nice. Nice size and very nice furniture. Also have a washer and dryer to do your laundry along with a pool.

Cons: There was no breakfast. And there was a lady in the hallway yelling at 10:00 at night.

Pros: I Like that the staff is so kind and friendly and their hospitality is great. And the other guests here were great too they all made an impact on my life. Thank You Everyone. I Will Definitely be making reservations again with them for tomorrow again. Thanks to the community as well.

Lovely diamond in the rough!

Pros: Price is lovely! Staff is good, helpful. They put me on the first floor, as requested, as I have trouble with the stairs, and they were quick to respond to my complaint that the tub leaked on the floor. Diner, restaurants, shopping and convenience stores nearby. Big TV, with all the hookups available on the front, for gaming, etc. Also has Iron w/ board and hair dryer. Clearly recently remodeled. I really liked the decor- clean and classic. And there was little to no noise the 3 days I was there. Oh yes, and the lovely outdoor POOL!

Cons: First thing I noticed, no closet! They could easily put a small coat rack on the wall, near the door, that would have sufficed. The tub did leak on the floor, and the tub could have been cleaner. Strange smell in the corridor (but not in my room...?) It seems there are quite a few \

Great staff, but smelly hallways

Pros: The front desk person was really welcoming and she very nice ...

Cons: Smelly hallways.. smelled like something stale but I really do think that if u guys have the hallway carpets professionally cleaned that it will smell alot better. Also had to purchase my own towel and wash cloth cause the hotel towel and wash cloth had stains on them....the room also had a odor when we entered the room ...a really good smelling good cleaner will take away the problem.

Pros: All of the staff members are absolutely wonderful humans. They try to make everything quick and efficient while having fantastic customer service at the same time.
