Quality Inn East Stroudsburg - Poconos

Pros: Nice enough overnight stay. Reception girl was very friendly & gave us some nice hints on places to visit locally. The room was a little tight, but ok. Bed was OK but not the comfiest for us. We prefer a harder bed. The pillows we're OK.

Cons: The breakfast room was very dark as no external windows. Not many AC sockets in the room & the one spare one was almost hanging off the wall near the window. Our bed had three brackets sticking out about 3\

Pros: Shelby is a fantastic person in the restaurant / bar, welcoming and fun to talk to. Outstanding .

Very nice for the price and location to Route 80

Pros: Place was under renovation. Upgrades look nice and staff was great. Breakfast was a very nice spread.

Cons: Strangely toilets seem low to ground compared to other commercial hotels, the lock on our door gave us trouble locking when we were leaving for dinner and i think our tv remote batteries were dying. We couldnt change channels or turn off tv once it was on. We got back from a function after midnight and tried to call FD for new batteries but no answer. All minor stuff still was a very good location for the price near Rt 80.

Pros: It wound be nuce to have an elevator. The breakfast was good.

The prices for the two rooms were great for my budget. Excellent

Pros: Very clean and friendly polite customer service Speedy check in too. Was happy that the two rooms were close to each other. Great location too. Like also that the breakfast was included which helps to start the day with energy and enthusiasm.

This was a nice convenient overnight stay on the way home from a wedding on Long Island.

Pros: Room was good..clean comfortable bed and bathroom nice and clean. Nice clean shower.

Cons: I was disappointed with the location in that it was surrounded by construction. And for out of towners they did not provide specific directions on how to maneuver the traffic. Hotel and the construction company should have laid out better directions. The free breakfast was OK. But I thought they would have given you a choice.

Value priced stay exceeded expectations

Pros: Room was very nice, recently updated. Bed was very comfortable.

Cons: Outside looks a little dumpy but the lobby / hall / rooms are recently updated and very nice. Don’t judge this book by its cover!

Pros: Thewomen who makes breakfast is amazing!! Im sad i did not get her name but it was my birthday and she made me feel very special!!! even sang happy birthday to me. She hustled and kept the area clean and easy to use!!

Cons: It had snowed a few days before and i am walking with a cane as i need knee surgery and the walkways were not cleared and very hard to navigate.

The breakfast staff were very nice and super helpful!!

Pros: The location was perfect to our final destination.

Cons: We arrived very late and it had a funny (old, moldy) smell. When we went to breakfast in the morning they had their hallway air diffusers on so it helped the smell.

Pros: Even under construction place was good. I like to see mom and pop businesses… family was in full stride while hotel is under Reno Sabrina was wonderful and took excellent care of me and my family
