Clean, comfortable value for money at this hotel

Pros: Comfortable beds , excellent staff and great location for us.

Cons: Didn’t like same breakfast every day . More variety would be nice

Pros: You could tell immediately that the staff gave a damn. They were friendly, not fake friendly, helpful and there were all sorts of little touches that show they cared. The night desk clerk was particularly good. When he wasn't helping someone at the desk, he was dusting or wiping something down. Everything from the holiday decorations to the way they didn't simply stack the travel brochures but fanned them out carefully to make a nice presentation showed that they cared. The room was nice, so was the layout of the hotel.

Pros: Pretty much everything was great, we didn't stay long just overnight. Staff members we all nice and helpful and the room was clean.

Cons: I requested a crib which they didn't have, which was fine, but they gave us a pack and play. The pack and play's mattress was so thin I could feel the bar underneath it. My baby did not sleep well on it and keep waking up crying.
