Pros: Staff are very friendly and bed is super comfortable. The room was spacious enough for two guests. There is a humming sound from the AC, which actually helps lull us to sleep. The AC is very strong and cooled down the room real quick. Would come back next time we're in the area!
Cons: Had breakfast two days in a row and noticed that it was the same options for each day. Maybe a variety would be a good idea so guest don't get tired of eating the same thing everyday. Also, there is a strong smell in the corridor leading to our rooms. Not sure what it was it wasn't bad not good either, but maybe putting a deodorizer would help.

Overall met my expectations. I got value for my money.
Pros: My room was well cleaned and neat. Air conditioner worked perfectly. Enjoyed my stay.
Cons: They should be more varieties for breakfast. Include salad. They should be complementary 1 bottle of water in the room. Thank you.

Good value for the money.
Pros: The staff were great. Very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and up to the standard for the money. Of course, they could use a little updating but it was a good value for the money experience. The bedding was a good quality but the pillows could use upgrading to memory foam for more support. The hot breakfast was good. Lots of choices. Location was good but made it tricky to get around being on a divided highway.

confortable 3 nights stay
Pros: the stay was very comfortable and the Abdul at the front desk made the check-in and checkout very smooth. there was same menu for breakfast on all 3 days of my stay but it was good. overall a great stay with nice and clean rooms
Cons: The layout of breakfast area was congested with very few seating one of the days the hot water was not working and I believe it was on 13th and it was like that the whole day

Sparkling Clean, my room was immaculate. A nice place to crash after traveling :)
Pros: First of all, this hotel was cleaner than some four stars I stay at. The level of clean is not like the smell of industrial cleaners, it's just sparkling clean. I would swear that at any time of day, there was someone either cleaning, sweeping, vacuuming. I don't know who's running the place, but it was immaculate when I stayed. And the beds-wow-very comfy. Breakfast was decent, too.
Cons: The area is a bit odd if you don't have a car. Not a bad neighborhood, but it's location is odd if you're hoping it's walkable. There is a grocery store and nail salon about a mile walk. There is an Asian supermarket in the same parking lot, and I was able to grab a few things there.

Ct visitor is always happy
Pros: This is my sixth year staying at this hotel, every 4th of July. I make sure that I book with you guys. I love that you guys know who I am when I come in and I'm able to come in a little earlier for my reservation, just because I am coming from out of town. You guys are the best even though it's been through 2 managers. I believe, but I've met them and they are very welcoming. The staff is great. I can't remember the young lady who has been there from day one. She knows that I come in for every 4th of July. She's always welcoming in. I'm making me feel right at home. And even with the new staff as well, I appreciate everybody that works there way to go 5 stars here and 5 stars for a Google review that gives you guys 10 stars, overall, I've never had a problem. And you guys always offer to do the additional discounts for me. As well.

Hotel is clean and good location but overpriced.
Pros: Breakfast was decent. Staff was nice. Climate control system was great. Seemed relatively clean.
Cons: Overpriced. That room should cost no more than $150/night. It’s an old building and is overdue for remodel. Bathrooms in particular need serious help. Other than that, only major complaint was the single entrance/exit.
