Pros: Location was brilliant, only one street from Hop on/off drops you off @ China town very easy to find one street away from fashion district and reading market . Very east spot to get the pick up for Amish tour as well . Staff were helpful and kind. Good recommendation for food . To be fair breakfast was not bad everything thing from waffle, cereal, porridge,yoghurt, cold eggs Bread, bagel, min muffins, juices and coffee and tea
Cons: To be fair for the value o the hotel You find it hard to complain

Location, location, location! Reasonably priced, comfortable and functional.
Pros: The location was excellent for access to all the major tourist attractions. It was comfortable and functional. The cost of the accommodation was very reasonable.
Cons: The coffee machine in our room didn’t work. However there was coffee in the meal area. Breakfast was very basic & minimal choice. Parking was more expensive than advertised! Walking thru Chinatown (when leaving the premises) was dirty, smelly and unappealing.

Pros: Super clean, comfortable and convenient next to the city center (Convention center is 2 minutes away). Nice staff and way better fromt he inside than you expect when see the outside.
Cons: The streets around the hotel can seem a bit unsafe at night

Centric, affordable, functional.
Pros: The staff was really great, especially Ayana, the receptionist who checked me in. Also, the other ones I interacted with always smiled and were ready to help. The location is also another highlight. Though it's Chinatown - which tends to feel a bit messy - it's centric and close to a lot of shops, public transportation, museums, and restaurants.
Cons: I'd point out what I found was excessive use of plastic at breakfast - plastic wraps, plates, everything.

Very happy with my stay.
Pros: Clean and comfortable. Also the staff were friendly and helpful. Decent free breakfast. Nice location.

Good value but the Hotel seems to have a problem with bookings with Booking.com
Pros: Excellent value for money, breakfast and location.
Cons: The hotel receptionist indicated that they could not retrieve the payment from Booking com and we had to cancel the booking we had already paid, and pay again at the reception. The original price I paid was $70 USD we had to pay $115.00 USD on site. Up until now Booking com has not returned the payment and the difference we had for the room.

Very Comfortable
Pros: - Great AC - Pretty central - Very comfortable beds - Breakfast (bacon, scrambled eggs, waffles, croissants and other bread stuff), orange juice and apple juice - WiFi - Own Bathroom - Fridge and microwave in room, also got instant coffee bags, sugar and water cooker
Cons: - Entrance is right next to lots of trash containers - Tap water smells like chlorine (not a problem of the hotel, but the city in general)
