Nice staff, clean room, and perfect location.

Pros: Perfect location, clean room, and staff was very helpful and polite. They even wanted to help get breakfast to go ready for our 7 year old traveler who was too tired to want breakfast when we were leaving at 7:00 am.

Cons: Nothing that I can think of.

Great Stay

Pros: Very clean and friendly helpful staff. We had an issue with our rooms on the 1st night, we reported it to the staff, and they immediately assisted us and got us into a new room. Would absolutely recommend this hotel to friends and stay here again when I'm back in the area!

Room was spacious and clean.

Pros: I didn't partake of the breakfast outside of a cup of coffee. What I did notice was the variety, which fared well with the other guests.

Cons: Mattress could have been a little less soft.

Comfortable, well-placed and with friendly staff.

Pros: With one exception, the staff were very helpful and friendly. We have been visiting this hotel frequently for several years, because it is sensibly priced and well located for our needs. Unlike other hotels at this level, the bed and furniture were very comfortable.

Cons: Our only complaint was a (toxic) coolant leak from either the fridge or aircon the first night. I reported this to the night receptionist. She started a pointless argument about it but eventually agreed to move us to another room. Being busy at midnight is no excuse.

Pros: Breakfast was good and the facility was good as well.

Pros: Room felt big, liked the hard wood floor instead of carpet, nice windows to let light in, like the curved shower rod for more space, and the included shampoo and body wash actually in the shower on the wall, and lotion by the sink, was also a nice touch. I also liked the tall lamp in the corner of the room

Cons: Took until the third room to find one that was adequate, but staff were helpful. Do not like the showerhead. The television channels were at a minimum, and the screen and color were pitiful. The bed was too firm for me.
