Great location and facilities.

Pros: Very nice apart hotel in NY, very nicely located. The studio I stayed in was better equipped than my kitchen! Staff was very nice too

Cons: The only slight minus was no breakfast option available in the hotel since there is no restaurant, but very centrally located so not hard to find a place. And there is free coffee available in the hall.

Very convenient location. Lovely terrace and friendly staff

Pros: The location was very convenient and close to most of my meetings midtown. Very friendly staff. Hotel (which is actually a timeshare so not a real hotel per say) was run by a young but professional crowd. Has a great terrace and lounge on the top floor.

Cons: A bit dark. The room could use more light. You have to go around the room to light all of the lamps, no centralised lighting.

Great hotel

Pros: Very fast response from staff.The staff was kind and helpful! Very good location. Clean rooms. The rooms look nice and well equipped. Enjoyed the rooftop on floor 33. Very nice view and quiet place where you can drink and relax.

Pros: The roof terrace was amazing. There was complimentary coffee and fresh water.

Cons: I asked for an invoice via email but never got a reply from the hotel.

Asked for a lower level room , no problem they gave us one , allowed us to leave our cases until taxi picked us up

Pros: Ideal location for the centre with everything on your doorstep

Clean, spacious and convenient.

Pros: Location is great, walking distance to lots of places and well located for transport if needed. We got the AirTrain and then the E to the hotel and it was very easy to find. Staff super welcoming. Room was very spacious.

Cons: Bathroom could do with an update but that’s me being super picky! The facilities were good and very clean, just a little dated and the shower was at a weird angle.

Pros: Very good location - you can reach some main objects by foot - Grand Central, Penn Station, Broadway, Rockfeler Plaza, Emopire States building, Trump Plaza, UN Buildings, Central park. Taxi from JFK Airport to the hotel aprx. 100 USD. Restaurants, pubs, bars, del around. Wondefull wiews from the windows from 10th floor and upper.

Cons: Al was OK

Very good value and position

Pros: There was no breakfast. We ate at the Comfort diner opposite, it was amazing!

Cons: I did not like the hard sell on shares in the business. They expected us to go to a 90 minute seminar, when we only had 2 days in the city!

Great Hotel, Great Location

Pros: The location, near everything, but a quiet sleep too! Huge room for NYC The roof top terrace has an up close and personal view of the Chrysler Building and is a great place to relax on couches with little tables that double as heaters! Would stay again!

Cons: If we had to pick one thing, it was the tour desk jumping on us when we had just checked in and making out that this was a part of the checkin progress. ... offering free gifts to entice us in. It all felt a bit yuck!
