Pros: Beautiful and spacious grounds, comfortable apartments with everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Cons: There is no extra set of bed linen for the third registered guest.

Modern and Spacious Room, Though Sound Insulation Needs Improvement

Pros: The room itself is very nice. It appears to be newly renovated, clean, modern, and very spacious. All the basic amenities are well provided, including an oven, microwave, coffee machine, and complete kitchenware, which made our stay very convenient and comfortable. Overall, the space felt cozy and well thought out.

Cons: The room is not soundproof. You can clearly hear the neighbors talking and walking. Our first night was very quiet and pleasant, but on the second night new guests moved in next door. They seemed very excited, possibly because the room exceeded their expectations, and were quite noisy even after midnight. There was also a child running up and down the stairs, which affected our rest. Additionally, the sofa bed did not appear clean and seemed not to have been changed before our stay.

A great place for outdoor activity.

Pros: The location is super. Nice restaurant in the park and neighbourhood. The park it self has a lot of things to offer. Canoeing, zip line, swimming pools both indoor and out door and of course golf. We are already planning for next year visit to enjoy all the thing they have to offer.

Pros: Clean and cosy holiday house, conveniently located near different hiking trails. The swiming pool was nice.

This resort is highly recommended. Once you visit, you’ll definitely want to return!

Pros: I’ve visited several times and it’s always quiet and clean, which I really appreciate. The staff are all very friendly, and I love that there are multiple pools to enjoy. It’s also great that adults can play golf early in the morning. 👍

Cons: I would appreciate it if there were a large mirror in the room. The current setup is inconvenient for doing makeup, and the bathroom does not have enough space to place cosmetic items, which makes it difficult. Also, I noticed that some guests were drinking alcohol at the swimming pool. They were intoxicated, yelling loudly, and behaving inappropriately, but no staff intervened. There were children present, and it was quite uncomfortable and concerning to see such behavior in a shared space. I hope the hotel staff can manage these situations more actively in the future for the safety and comfort of all guests.

Pros: Location excellent, with great facilities and friendly staff. Accommodation was good!

Pros: The size of the villa that was assigned to us was perfect, as well as it's services and conditions of the space. The outdoor swimming pools are great for children

Cons: They don't offer crib or bassinet for babies, adn thé extra bed for our elder daughter was not prepared for us, and we had to do it ourselves. It doesn't include breakfast. The area of the swimming pools, specifically the restrooms, was really dirty.

Pros: The rooms are equipped with everything from washing machine to even dishwasher in some units.

Cons: If you end on the bottom floor and another guest is living in unit above get ready for some noisy nights!

Pros: Room was completely refurbished. New appliances, furniture, and decoration. Very clean and well maintained. Entire facility was attractive, clean, and appealing.

Cons: Room description was misleading. Called front desk to complain and was told that I wasn't the first person to bring up the issue. Description implies that there are 2 sofa beds. There is actually only one. We were counting on two.
