We plan to return to AKA sometime in 2025, during the warmer months of this year. We liked it.

Pros: Everything went well. The view at night was beyond belief. It is close to our home. SEPTA is Free for people aged 65 and above. The small kitchen allowed us to save a lot of money. We cooked our own food, allowing us to eat an expensive meal at a restaurant only twice during our stay at AKA.

Cons: The weather was lousy, which wasn't AKA's fault.

Have stayed many times and I will be back.

Pros: Great apartment with incredible views located close to UPenn and easy access to downtown Philadelphia. Washer/dryer in the room is a big plus.

Fabulous. What an amazing place. Everything was superb and I'm quite miserable when writing reviews.

Pros: Views, space in rooms, well - equipped kitchen, communal bar.

Cons: All good.

Great location and nice suite

Pros: The location was great, just outside university city and next to Philly downtown. The suite was spacious with 2 bedrooms, all very nice. It also had a nice indoor pool, new fitness center, cinema, lounge &bar and a business center. The view is amazing, you have a great city view.

Cons: Nothing, only no room cleaning if you stay less than a week.

I love staying here and keep coming back.

Pros: The spacious room and living room, the skyline view, location, the modern, clean design. Helpful staff at reception.

Cons: Arriving with a lot of luggage, nobody to help open the door or get large amounts of luggage to the room. Don't like shower in the bathtub which some rooms have, but very happy in room with shower only.
