Cozy little nest by Tompkins Square Park, amazing location, great hosts

Pros: Great location, and above all incredible staff. They were super responsive, friendly, and generous with their time and effort in making sure we were happy.

Cons: The place is small and the layout can be a bit awkward, with doors opening against each other and not really any room for cooking or dining. This was not a real problem for us, but it would be good to know if you need a real kitchen or more room to stretch out during your stay. It's also at the lowest level, and shares multiple walls with a commercial unit. If there's noise in that unit, you will feel like the nose is inside your own space. If you're very sensitive to that, be aware.
