Lovely, convenient and cozy

Pros: Very cosy and convenient location-wise. Really good value for money for those wishing to stay in Manhattan. Plus, the host was very responsive and informative. The self-check-in details were so informative and sent well in advance.

Comfortable base to explore NYC

Pros: Great location - subway just 100 m from the property, choice of cafes and convenience stores nearby. The place was clean, had nicely equipped kitchen, clean bathroom and toilet - everything for a comfortable stay. Room was spacious - table with chair for work, cupboard with hangers - great value for money especially considering alternatives in NYC for the price.

Pros: It is very good located at East Village. Room is clean and comfortable for one person to stay. Alice is very easy to communicate. When I have a little trouble to get into the room, she responded very quickly and gives me a very clear instructions, thanks Alice.

Clean and comfortable

Pros: The flat was exceptionally clean. Sheets felt like they were washed the same day. Although I didn’t meet the host, I really appreciated them letting me leave my luggage after checkout for a couple hours

Pros: The room was very comfortable and clean, it was equipped with heating and very silent. The shared bathrooms are extremely clean and the bed was very comfortable. Location is top notch, very close to the metro and the buses to Penn Station.

Pros: Value for NYC! It's a great place for the money, and I came in with the right expectations. You share a bathroom and go upstairs to shower. I got confused about how to use the key fob but somebody else there helped me out, and was very nice about it.
