Chic One Bedroom Retreat in Downtown Manhattan

Good location and cosy

Pros: Very good location in East Village, close to everything, there’s also a Market Place open 24h down the road. The flat is small but cosy but definitely no more than two people for a stay. Host is very reactive Good value for money in Manhattan

Cons: No elevator!!! As it wasn’t mentioned anywhere on the ad and the flat is on the 3rd floor we were two girls with two large suitcases each struggling on the stairs :/ One of the windows on the living room was not shutting properly and keep sliding down we had to put toilet paper to try to hold it closed The cleaning of the flat could have been better

I genuinely enjoyed my time here and would love to stay at this place again during my next visit to New York.

Pros: My stay was truly pleasant, and I really appreciate that. The apartment offers amazing value for money compared to other options in NYC — I was very happy with what I got for the price. The hosts were responsive and kind, and communication was smooth throughout my stay. The facilities were comfortable, and the location was great as well. I genuinely enjoyed my time there and would love to stay at this place again during my next visit to New York :)))

Cons: The only small thing to note (and it’s definitely not a minus for the host!) is that since New York never sleeps, it can get a bit noisy at night. The windows face a lively street, so if you’re a light sleeper, it’s a good idea to bring earplugs. But honestly, that’s just part of the authentic NYC experience!

Pros: very comfy loved all of it bonus tea left in cupboard. I also left some Italian biscuits for next lucky guest. great fruit stores and coffee places around.

Pros: Great little spot— like having your own nyc studio. Best value for money in the part of town by a long shot!

Pros: Such a lovely stay for my NY trip. The location is perfect with supermarket and cinema nearby. Host is very responsive as well ;) would def come back

Cons: The street might be bit noise in the night. Other than this everything is perfect.
