Great stay for families or friends

Pros: Good location, very spacious rooms and modern amenities.

Cons: A bit noisy, mainly from the pipes of the radiators.

Spacious comfortable apartment in a good location

Pros: Spacious apartment for family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay

Cons: Radiators were noisy so we had to turn them off

Best location, suspicious apartment

Pros: The location is great. A very clean apartment and very stylish. Mr. Mentor at the front desk was extremely helpful and nice.

Cons: No room cleaning through our all 10 days stay. No change of towels (there is a washing machine and a dryer).

Pros: Excellent place for a 2 bedroom apartment for 3 adults and a child. Happy with the facility. The fold out couch was awesome and really close walking distance to the subway. Staff friendly and helpful

Great stay

Pros: It was very clean, the beds were very comfortable. Kitchen very well equipped. Visited with family for my grandson’s 18th and a small gift and card left by the hotel was a lovely surprise.

Cons: The couch was uncomfortable to sit on!

Pros: Being able to sit together as a family at the end of the day, with great kitchen facilities & adjust the heating to suit .

Cons: Having to strip beds at the end of the stay & put rubbish out.

Pros: Fantastic location! Metro station right around the corner with lots of line options. Plenty of food options around. The area was fairly quiet and less busy than the centre which was perfect after a busy day out. All staff were helpful and kind. The apartment was perfect, nice a clean, high quality linens, equipped kitchen and even better it had a washer and dryer with plenty of detergent. Will definitely be coming back when in NYC!!

Excellent Hotel and Staff......

Pros: Excellent communication with One Dutch prior to holiday. Mentor was at reception on our arrival. Very nice guy and very helpful as were all the staff we spoke to! 2 bedroom deluxe apartment was fantastic size for New York. Had a small leak from a radiator, let reception know and it was repaired immediately. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Lovely hotel bed linens. Didn't cook in apartment but looked like plenty of accessories there. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back.

Cons: Very deep bath and hard to reach shower/tub controls...... shower screen is fixed and anyone small (like me), will struggle to turn on bath or shower unless you are right in the tub! Didn't spoil my holiday and would return to this hotel.

Excellent stay, would definitely come back

Pros: Perfect location - connected to all subway lines. Very spacious and clean apartment with modern furniture; staff were super friendly and helpful.

Cons: We had a slight issue with the heating, but nothing major. We just had to understand how it worked.
