The Wolf of Wall Street Apartment

Amazing location and comfortable apartment.

Pros: Location is fabulous and the apartment is very basic,but comfortable and has the amenities needed. Was a great place to have as a base when staying in Manhattan. Close by to multiple subway lines and all the FiDi attractions (Wall street, charging bull. 9/11 memorial. Staten island ferry). Safe and secure location.

Cons: Nothing to fault. However a few small additions would elevate this from superb to exceptional; compendium / notes on where to eat, buy groceries, where the laundry is (even a card with $10 credit given the price of the room), instructions on where to empty trash (was given verbal instructions on arrival but by day 4 forgot and host was very responsive when I asked) coasters for the glass tables (we were worried they would shatter from our hot drinks). Brighter lights in the lounge/kitchen area and perhaps wall mount the TV if possible. Again all minor things and would stay again and recommend to friends/family.

Pros: The apartment is spacious and has everything you need. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space in the wardrobes. The location is great and we really liked the decor.

Cons: We couldn’t use the dishwasher because there was standing water in it. The towels had a bit of an unpleasant smell, but it seemed to be due to the specific scent of the local water.

Pros: The apartment was nice, clearly recently renovated and well maintained. The sink drain broke, and they came twice to fix it, which was a bit inconvenient. But they managed to fix it, which was great. There is a very comfortable high chair for feeding children. My son really liked it. The owners responded to my questions right away. The location was good, with many attractions within walking distance. There was a little street noise, but that's not surprising because it's in the center, and it didn't bother me. My recommendation would be to pay a little more attention to cleanliness. Overall, I liked it and would come back again.

Lovely apartment in great location with very responsive host

Pros: Lovely spacious 2 bed apartment. Right next to subway stop. Great whole foods nearby. Very near NYC ferry for going up east river or out to Rockaway beach. Near Staten island ferry. Not too noisy at night but still felt very safe. Security in the building. Great to have separate rooms from the kids. Only 4/5 stops to times sq or midtown. Not far from world trade centre.

Very nice apartment, friendly hosts next to Wall Street

Pros: Location right next to Wall Street in a quiet street. Large clean and well furnished apartment with two separate rooms. Very friendly host, checkin very easy. Apartment is exactly like in the pictures.

Cons: Wifi did not work at arrival and there was no baby bed, but host provided both within a few hours after arrival.

Pros: Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo bezpiecznie, dużo przestrzeni, bardzo dobre wyposażenie apartamentu, super wygodne łóżka, szybki i miły kontakt z gospodarzem. Bardzo blisko do metra, sklepów i restauracji. Bardzo polecam.

Cons: Zimno w łazience, warto pomyśleć o dywaniku. Głośna klimatyzacja.

Pros: Esta muy bien situado, cerca de varias lineas de metro y cerca de la zona financiera. El apartamento es comodo y esta muy limpio. Gracias por la amabilidad y la arencion prestada.

Pros: Amplitud. Situació. Comoditat. Bona atenció dels hostes. Ideal si vols que una part dels àpats de tota la estada no sigui sempre fora. Armaris grans. Té rentavaixelles.Wi-fi.

Cons: Podria haver algun lloc més per penjar tovalloles humides i també completar menatge de cuina amb estovalles o alguna cosa similar i baietes però en general està molt i molt be. També algun coixí adicional.

Pros: Palazzo anni 30 bellissimo, posizione fantastica, letti comodi.

Cons: Bagno con la vasca , senza una doccia vera, luci soggiorno troppo poco luminose. Aria condizionata rumorosa

Séjour agréable dans un appartement confortable

Pros: L’appartement était très confortable et situé à un endroit stratégique dans le quartier financier tout proche du One World center L’hôte a répondu à nos attentes, en mettant à notre disposition, une machine à café et des capsules Les concierges à l’entrée étaient très prévenants l’appartement correspond tout à fait aux photos mises sur le site
