Unique Place in midtown NYC

Pros: It was very clean and the location was central so very convenient

Cons: The host had house rules which she did not tell us till we were in the property

Incredible!

Pros: The place is absolutely fantastic - with breathtaking views, the host is incredibly helpful, the beds are super comfy, it is impeccably clean, the apartment has everything you could possibly need - plenty of towels, toiletries, coffee, tea... The location is very central, a few minutes walk from Grand Central. The accommodation is very spacious - it has one large living space with kitchen, working space with a desk, sofa and TV and two single beds, a balcony, an en-suite bedroom and a separate toilet. There are plenty of wardrobes and storage space.

Cons: It was perfect, there is nothing not to like.

Excellent stay near Grand Central

Pros: Absolutely perfect location. Less than 10 min walk to Grand Central Station. The apartment is on 2nd avenue, on the 31st floor. The balcony has some amazing views, where you can see the UN building and the Chrysler building which are expectational in the night. Very clean and comfy beds. We were a group of 3 so having 2 bathrooms was very handy. Kitchen is equipped with anything you may need for couple days. We did not spend much time in the apartment as we were out and about , but i would definitely recommend this property to anyone.

Cons: Nothing. Everything was great.

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the flat to anyone we know who is traveling to Manhattan.

Pros: Centrally located, comfortable accommodation. The 1 & 1/2 bath is practical for parties of 3 or more.

Cons: The bench at the dining table was a bit uncomfortable when sitting for a longer period of time.

Great place to stay for NYC trip

Pros: Very well equipped spacious apt in great safe location.Comfortable beds and bathroom situation works fine for families and friends who know each other well. 8 mins walk from Grand Central station which takes you anywhere. Samira very helpful. Would def recommend.

This was a great apartment conveniently situated with easy walking access to the subway system.

Pros: This was a superb two-bedroom apartment in an apartment block with reception manned for 24 hours. The accommodation was extremely comfortable, and well equipped and maintained. It was conveniently situated around 10 minutes walk from Grand Central station. There were numerous convenience stores, coffee cafes, restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. There is a great American diner just around the corner.

Cons: There was nothing we did not like.

Good location and lovely owner

Pros: Good location, in the middle of Manhattan, within 100m to convienient store, 200m to supermarket, 700m to Grand Central Terminal and near many interesting places. The apartment was nice and neat and had everything you need. The owner is lovely and helpful. There was a little hiccup when check-in but then it was ok, reasonable and understandable.

Cons: There was 1 restroom for guest and 1 bathroom inside a bedroom. We were group of 3 so it was a little bit inconvenient.

Overall, excellent living experience, good communication can solve most problem.

Pros: This nice and tidy apartment stay in perfect location, good for travelling. Also, the owner of the apartment is pretty nice, helping us in many facets related to the living condition or issue.

Cons: We have to get all our stuff and move out to another apartment prepared by the owner during our living period because of the construction issue. This is reasonable, but quiet annoying.
