Mid Town East Street Apartments Next to Times Square

Excellent & fun

Pros: The location was excellent, right in Manhattan, walking distance to Grand Central Station and Mid-Town. the neighbourhood is safe and clean. the 2 bedrooms were very spacious and mattress very comfortable. Maurice, the host, was very kind with us. We asked him a few favours and he was very helpful. Easy to find coffeeshops and stores around.

Cons: Maybe, the apartment is a bit small for 6 people, but if there are 6 of you, you can still stay comfortably there. At the end of the day you don't go to New York to stay at the hotel.

Pros: The location was very good. The flat was very clean and cosy. I would definitely go back

Pros: Le loft est très confortable, bien équipé et bien chauffé. Nous étions 4 d'une même famille et avons eu suffisamment de place. Le canapé convertible est parfait pour dormir , il y a suffisamment de linge de maison, il y a deja le produit pour laver la vaisselle Des petits plus comme ça qui font la différence Maurice notre hôte est toujours disponible pour répondre

Cons: L'escalier est un peu raide ! Heureusement c'est au 1er étage mais c'est un détail Il manque peut être une poêle anti adhésive pour les œufs au plat ! Pareil c'est un détail

Pros: De lokatie is ideaal, 5 minuten lopen van de dichtstbijzijnde metro en op 15 lopen van Macy’s etc. Maurice is als host uiterst goed bereikbaar.

Cons: We hadden de loft die eigenlijk geschikt is voor 4 personen (wij waren met 5 met 1 op luchtbed). Wij vonden het niet erg met vijf op 1 kamer maar de trap naar en het hekwerk van de slaapplaats boven kan / moet veiliger.

Pros: Maurice es muy amable y cordial, nos ayudo muchisimo. El apartamento es cómodo, y si se tiene en cuenta la relacion precio ubicacion y espacio del departamento en la ciudad de NY es muy bueno.

Cons: Rentamos el lugar por 4 dias y no hubo quien pasara por la basura generada en la cocina y el baño durante la estancia. Locativamente está bien, sin embargo, el desnivel en las escaleras de acceso y en el piso del salon para personas de edad avanzada es un riesgo para caídas. Pero reafirmo que es un lugar cómodo y perfecto para el tipo de viaje que tuvimos.

Pros: Top Lage in der Mitte von Manhattan. Super freundlicher Gastgeber, der immer erreichbar war

Cons: Das Treppenhaus ist schon ein wenig krumm und schief.

Pros: Ubicación perfecta y encontramos todos los utensilios de cocina necesarios para cocinar.

Cons: Las conversaciones exteriores afuera del edificio ya que abajo hay locales y están hasta tarde charlando

Meraviglioso

Pros: La struttura è molto carina e situata in posizione perfetta per visitare New York sia a piedi che con mezzi pubblici, all’interno dell’appartamento c’è tutto il necessario per soggiornare, la via dove è situata e’ un po’ rumorosa e le tante finestre non aiutano a insonorizzare, a parte questo particolare tutto perfetto. Host è disponibile per qualsiasi cosa si necessiti. 👍
