Great accommodation in New York.

Pros: 3 bedroom for family to sleep in different bedrooms, kitchen facilities, location.

Cons: 5 flights of stairs with large suitcase. Hot water took a while to kick in.

Pros: L'emplacement est top, prêt du métro, ou à 20/30 mn à pied de tout, Whole market pour vos courses au bout de la rue, la literie est très confortable, c'est assez grand pour 5 personnes, c'est propre et suffisant en matériel.

Cons: Il y a 5 étages à monter, cela est précisé après une bonne journée de marche il faut le savoir, il faudrait retirer les clims en hiver car les fenêtres sont ouvertes mais c'est comme cela dans les immeubles communs, le chauffage compense il ne fait pas froid c'est à savoir, le café est rustique à l'ancienne avec filtre apprécié mais à savoir, pas bruyant mais la chambre d'une personne donne sur des hottes de restauration donc les odeurs remontent au bout d'une nuit vous ne les sentez plus, pour 5 oui pas pour plus car le canapé n'est pas convertible, ma fille de 11 ans a réussi à dormir dedans mais pas plus, il y a un matelas gonflable au cas ou, 1 rouleau de papier toilette pour 6, et on a racheter du liquide vaisselle, au prix neworker😁

Super séjour à New York City

Pros: La localisation dans le quartier de NoMAd est parfaite. L’hôte, Joseph, est charmant et serviable.

Cons: 5ème étage sans ascenseur … franchement c’est chaud, surtout avec des enfants et des personnes âgés (nous avions les enfants et les grands parents) Le bruit dans la chambre côté cuisine/salon. Il y a un pub au RDC, c’est impossible d’y dormir. Nous avons dû aménager l’un des matelas dans le salon , c’est infernal.
