Pros: Hotel was clean and quite. Bonus: They had a proper breakfast.

Cons: The location, For this particular stay it wasn't convenient to the places I need to visit.

Pros: Stayed as a family of 4 with 2 teenagers. Great location, within reasonable walking distance to subways. Bed was comfy and view from our hotel bedroom was amazing, especially in the evening. Loved the free coffee machine.

Cons: The hotel is a little tired in places. Breakfast was chaos, not enough space provided for the number of guests. But to be fair we did eat every morning and managed to navigate it. I think the price reflects the comprimises at this hotel, so it didnt feel too unfair. You get what you pay for and it's a good budget option.

Pros: Very comfortable bed, tea/coffee making facilities and a fridge. Room was spotless with good aircon. Staff very friendly. Breakfast decent

Pros: Everything was perfect, room superclean and comfy, staff kind and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay.

Cons: I would appreciate more storage space in room - at least one more wardrobe in room and a shelf in bathroom would be nice. But not such a problem :)

Pros: Excellent location — 10 minutes to the subway, 15 minutes to Times Square. Outstanding staff.

Cons: The hotel is undergoing renovations, so don’t be surprised if construction workers are looking through your window in the morning — make sure to close the blinds :) Breakfast is always crowded and there’s a shortage of seating. Overall, everything is great — just describing the situation. The positives far outweigh the negatives, and staying in the heart of Manhattan is truly wonderful.
