Perfect location, easy access. Simple but effective apartment

Pros: Location was perfect and very central Hotel was basic but covered our needs

Pros: The entire set up of the apartment was great. Everything was well thought out. The interior also so cozy. I loved it. I will be back.

Cons: Nothing in my experience

Pros: The location. It was the ideal location to visit New York and to take the train. The staff was helpful and responsive despite not all speak english fluently.

Cons: The apartment could have been kept cleaner despite being small and compact.

Pros: Good option for teens having their own beds. Walking distance to Penn station. Shops and times square. Friendly staff Facilities basic but had everything you need.

Pros: Stayed for 5 nights in August 2025. Communication from host was excellent. Option to change towels once during stay for no charge. Location handy for everything, and about 10 minute walk from Penn station where the LIRR train goes to from JFK airport (via Jamaica station and the AirTrain). Stayed in room 81 (or 811 as it turned out to be). 3 double beds, equal sizes on floor 8. Kitchen well equipped and included kettle. Bed linen was very clean. Option to extend late checkout until midday for $30 or later for a more money. Option to store suitcases for a charge also in the building.

Cons: As with most places in central New York, it's noisy outside. We took noise-cancelling earphones to help. No noise from other apartments noted. I suggest you look on Google maps to recognise the building as it is a multi-use (seems to house small businesses renting rooms for beauty etc, as well as other floors of rental apartments). It is not obvious from the outside what the building is and we walked past it several times before we realised where it was. The beds were moderately comfortable, very much on the firm side. The person responsible for the flat has a small room on the ground floor (not the security person on reception, but somewhere deeper in to the building). They are only there between 9-4 (might be 5pm), which was not always convenient as we were up and out by then.

Pros: Fantastic value for it's location and surprisingly quiet. The room was clean and exactly as described on the website. The beds and pillows were all comfortable and you never had to wait long for the elevators. Having small kitchen was a great bonus which we ended up using a lot more than we thought we would. I would happily stay here again.

Cons: Check in/out is a little tricky as there isn't a traditional reception area, just an office which isn't manned 100% of the time (but a contact phone number is provided). If i'm being picky, the rooms are clean, but could do with a deep clean. All of the major areas, kitchen, shower, toilet and floors were all spotless and bedding was all fresh. There is just some dust in the sills and in some of the corners, but nothing major. Like i said, i would still happily stay here again.

Pros: Very central location, most places we wanted to go were within a 15 minute walk, times square etc. Even though it is a small space it had everything you could need.

Cons: to collect key on arrival was a little tricky, which after a 8 hour flight wasn't great but tiredness probably took over there.

Cons: Not enough blankets. Tried to asked but staff didn´t speak english.
