Pros: The location is perfect, close to the train station and in a great neighborhood as well! The place was clean and everything worked well.
Cons: Maybe a small sofa or couch in the kitchen area would be nice.

Pros: The apartment is really cute and clean. It has all the facilities what you would need. The bed was comfortable and big enough for 2. The location is convenient, the Newark Penn station is roughly 10 mins away by walk. There is a delicious bakery around the corner. Very good quality for the money and the host is really helpful and easy to communicate with.

A good place to stay in Newark
Pros: It is a really nice accommodation, if you do not mind to travel 40 - 45 minutes to New York. Very clean and modern. Good contact with the owner. During the day the neighbourhood is lovely and lively.
Cons: Try to avoid coming home after midnight. Not everybody on the streets around might have the best intentions then.

Worth it to sleep out of the center
Pros: Very nice and cozy apartment, with private toilet, small kitchen and separate bedroom. Great location if you consider to stay out of manhattan, takes 20 min on the subway to reach World Trade Center (lower Manhattan 2,75 dollars). The host Marcelo was always available and answers very fast. I do recommend you Van Buren Gem 2.0 Great coffee shops near by, Portugal avenue, amazing food.
Cons: All good, just to write something the mattress was to soft.

Overall, a very positive experience of comfort
Pros: My stay at this apartment was delightful! The location is safe and very convenient while the apartment itself was impeccably clean, warm and with all the amenities needed. The host was incredibly accommodating and attentive. Highly recommended!

Super comfy holiday stay just 40 minutes away from NYC!
Pros: Property was super clean, had all the basics already there, and very comfortable overall. The heating and hot water work perfectly and quickly so you won’t be cold while you’re there. Check-in and -out were easy and Marcelo, the host, is really helpful. Very close to the main street where all the buses pass by (and a 15 min walk away from Newark Penn Station). There’s a TV in the bedroom with all the streaming apps downloaded which is great. Recommend if you’re visiting NYC but want a cheaper alternative, since it’s only around a 45 minute commute. There’s also a bakery right on the corner of the street with great bread and coffee!
Cons: Two floors of stairs to get to the apartment so I wouldn’t recommend to someone who has trouble walking or is disabled. But if you’re able to go up, then I’d say it’s worth it!

Pros: Ironbound is convenient to both NYC and EWR. Entry to unit very easy, rooms and facilities immaculate and well stocked.
Cons: Minor noise from bar nearby but unit is on second floor so no big deal. Bed mattress could use some firming up.

Excelente opção para NYC
Pros: Tem um bom espaçco para uma estadia de duas pessoas, com fácil acesso à estação de trem que te leva direto à Manhatan. Fomos e voltamos todos os dias para NYC sem nenhum problema. Lugar seguro, com todo o necessário e o acesso ao anfitrião é excelente. Recomendo e com certeza voltarei.
Cons: Tudo certo. O acesso é por dois lances de escadas, o que não foi um problema para nós, mas deve ser considerado por quem tem restrições de mobilidade.

Pros: Хорошее местоположение, до ж.д вокзала примерно 7-10минут, до Манхеттана примерно 30 минут езды - выходит гораздо удобнее чем с Бруклина/Квинса, где вы сможете снять за эти деньги. Квартира по меркам Нью Йорка и окрестностей - обычная, чисто, заселение удобное. Вокруг много бразильских заведений/баров. Близко центр Пруденшиал для посещения хоккей/концертов.
Cons: Ночью немного шумно, близко аэропорт, но в целом некритично.
